Headset Making high pitched noise

My Razer Nari ultimate has been working fine for almost a year when today I tried to use it and I heard a high pitched ringing noise in the lest ear. I found it stops if I exited synapse so I'm pretty sure it's a software issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse but that didn't work, so I uninstalled it, deleted the left over files, then reinstalled it but it still doesn't work. I have no idea what to do now, and any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible for you to connect it to a different computer and check if the issue is the same? For now, try to isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your Nari Ultimate via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and find better solutions to fix the problem. I'll lock this thread now.
