Headset randomly decides when it wants to change volume in one ear

This headset which is a regular razer kraken, is less than half a year old likely. It sits on my desk, not being damaged at all, yet its now beginning to just randomly decide whenever it wants, to change the volume of the right ear. And even my overall volume. I've disabled "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device". Which ideally should make it just not change whenever it wants, but it still does. Today my overall volume was lowered all by itself, and as usual, the right ear randomly just increases in volume and everything becomes unbalanced. I have to change the right ear volume all the way down to 28 to balance it out. In about 10 minutes after this post is made, it will automatically go back to normal probably. I don't know why I'm making this thread, I'm not going to get any good help, and I don't think I even want it fixed. If I find the receipt I'm taking this back and it'll be the last razer product I ever purchase. The Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 was absolutely fine, it shouldn't have been discontinued.

Do you have an analog or a USB variant, and is the headset unplugged when not in use? Issues like these are typically driver-related as the headset isn't capable of adjusting its own volume. You will want to perform a clean installation of Synapse and drivers by following this guide. Do send me the serial number so I can look into possible solutions if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
