My headset recognized as a speaker somehow and I don’t know how to fix it. The sound quality become extremely cheap. Anyone know what the problem and how to fix it? I’m using Blackshark V2 pro.

Hey there,
I understand you are having issues with your Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. No worries, let help you! Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the audio issue continues?
a. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
b. Type in “Device Manager” and hit enter.
c. Go to “Audio inputs and outputs”.
d. Right-click on the Razer headset and select “Uninstall device”.
e. Restart the computer to completely uninstall the drivers. The drivers are automatically installed on the computer after a restart.
