Hi, I’ve had the same issue with previous Razer Nari Essential headsets where they just get super static-y and there’s no fix. I let it charge, turned it off and on, let it die then charged it again, tried leaving the cable connected, but nothing fixes the issue. I tried entering the serial number to try to get warranty support, but it gives me the following error, “We were unable to locate your serial number in the system. Please check that you have entered the correct serial number.” 

The website says that headsets have a warranty of up to two years and I purchased it via Amazon in July of 2022. I’ve had one replaced before and just want to get another replacement. I can provide a video of the S/N.
