Hello, 7.1 surround sound app won't load, I log in but the app restarts and I have to log in again
There was no report regarding a log-in issue with the application. Check if your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related file. Try restarting your computer and check if the issue persists. Otherwise, please uninstall and reinstall the software and see how it goes. Also, it is recommended to run only one audio processing software at a time. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
