Hello, I can't register my Blackshark V2 X headphones on my Razer ID.

I received new headphones and tried to register them on Razer ID. After filling out all the fields, I received a response saying the headphones were already registered. If I didn't do this, please contact support. Help me register the Razer Blackshark 2v X on Razer ID.

Where did you purchase your headset? One possible reason for this issue is that the headset may have been previously owned or could be a counterfeit unit. It would be best to contact the reseller and request a replacement.
