My razor ornata keyboard has stopped working but only the shift caps lock and q keys are not working how can I fix this

    Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? How long have you had the keyboard, and have you tried reinstalling the keyboard drivers? If you haven't yet, I highly recommend that you check this guide out.
