Lately i've bought a new kraken pro headset, basilisk mouse and a new goliathus extended chroma mouse mat (all quartz of course). I used the synapse 2.0 for my kraken surround pro and my ornata keyboard. So I uninstalled 2.0 and tried installing synapse 3.0 for my new stuff but I couldnt install it at all I kept getting error code 461808. Tried reinstalling microsoft visual C++ 2017...Didn't work. Reinstalled my device drivers ... didn't work. So I installed 2.0 again, and now I can't install my kraken surround pro anymore. Please send help :(

    Hello there! Have you tried doing a complete uninstall? If not yet, please do and see if it resolves the issue. Let me know how it goes.

    Yes I did a complete uninstall and tried reinstalling it again. But it didn't work
