Help?
I brought the Razor Kraken X off site on amazon, not realising their was a site for Razor, I have added in the product code etc. When dealing with the 7.1 surround sound, it wont even let me download the software? I have created a razorid but it wont even download?

Are you getting an error message when trying to download the app? If not, then try to download the 7.1 Surround Sound app from here using another web browser.
