[help] 2-way mobile authenticator

please help me with my issue. When i top-up razer pay using PIN. it asks for a 2-way mobile authenticator code from my phone, but i did not received any SMS or e-mail code. So i cannot proceed to top up. Instead for the mobile i want the authentication code to be send on my e-mail instead that would be less hassle for me.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Is your registered mobile number active? By the way, what Razer service you are having difficulties with? The email OTP although secure, offers lower security protection as compared to Phone SMS OTP or Authenticator. Once you have upgraded your account security to using Phone SMS OTP or Authenticator, you will not be able to use your email OTP. The reason is there's an important in your account such as virtual currency that is worth protecting.
