My Razer Blackshark V2x’s mic just stopped working on my pc. It was working yesterday and it still works on my phone so I don't know the problem. I plugged in my old headset to my pc and the mic still worked on that which is really confusing. My headset is about 2 months old and the audio quality is top notch and the mic sounded good when it worked. If anyone can help me out that'd be much appreciated, thanks!

    im also having the same problem i cant get the mic to work unless i exit whatever application im using and but im also using the v2 and not the x
