I just bought a new Kraken Tournament edition Headphones. I downloaded the surround sound thing and when It asked for the activation code, I typed it in, and when I hit "Activate". It says "License Code has already been used" I just bought these, and The Activation code was not scratched off. Does anyone know what to do, I just bought these and I cant even set up the Surround sound because someone has already used it apparently.

    The Razer Kraken Tournament Edition has THX Spatial support on Synapse 3. If you have the app installed, you can use the THX button on the side of the USB audio controller to enable the feature. The LED indicator on the top-right corner of the audio controller will be lit if the surround sound is turned on. Please send me the serial number, a screenshot of the error message, and a photo of the scratched card.
