Hi, I play on mac, I have many razer products, but since yesterday razer synapse 2.0 has not opened for me.
I click on the icon, it makes the classic jump but then it lowers and doesn't open, it doesn't even give the opening screen

First thing I'd try is uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse. That is most likely what the Support team is going to ask you to do. You might save yourself some time.
You don't have to have Synapse open to uninstall it. You can find the uninstaller in your Utilities folder in the Applications folder on your Mac.
Razer.RedPandai uninstalled it, reinstalled, i tried all things possible, it (like all apps) do a jump when click the icon and next stop, 0 images, nothing
