Woke up this morning turned it on and it worked fine for about ten seconds , went off tried to turn it back on to no luck I’ve took out the battery in case it breaks anything more , won’t turn on without battery , does it sound like it just needs a new battery can anyone help??

Please PM me the serial number of your Razer Blade laptop so I can start a case and forward it to our RMA Team for a battery replacement. Include photos of a short video showing the bloated battery for documentation purposes and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation to PM.
It does sound like the blade needs a new battery.

Once you do replace the battery, try find an effective solution to circulate the air properly
