I haven't bought my headset from the official website of razer instead I bought it by skroutz.gr its website in Greece, but now my mute button isn't working and my familly said that they threw the box and I don't have to the codes to connect the Razer Synapse What do I do?

The Razer Kraken X headset does not require the Synapse application for it to be fully functional hence, it will not be detected by the app. If you're referring to the Razer 7.1 surround sound, you can request a new activation code here. PM me your Razer ID/Email if that didn't help, so I can check your account and the activation code status.
