One of the earphones stayed with the light on permanently and does not respond to any stimulus and cannot be paired with the box or my cell phone.

Hey ​@buzzFernGreensite737,

Can you place the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid and wait for at least five seconds? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
