(Help) hammerhead X not working :(

Hi all, i bought a pair of these "hammerhead true wireless earbuds X" the 08/28 On internet, so the warranty is down ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯ Since this morning the left one won't do anything exept light it's led... even in the charging case the led is still lit up... No audio cue playing when getting out of the case, nothing at all with touch controls (not even a "bleep" or a "pairing" or a "power on" NOTHING) Strange thing is i have set them in breathing mode for the lightning and this one is on constant light.... Anyone has a clue of what to do?

    Try placing both earbuds into the charging case for five seconds, then open the charging case and see if the earbuds have re-paired with one another. If this does not work, tap and hold both earbuds for four seconds until a tone is heard. If pairing is successful, you should hear another tone afterward.
