Help. I need a new activation code but ...

I recently had to have my new pc taken back to the store and completely redone due to some issue on their end. All of my stuff has to be reinstalled and now I no longer have the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound and every time I try to get it from Razer I keep getting told that the THX is the upgrade to it...BUT when I turn on my pc, it asks for the activation code and my Kitty Headset is not wanting to work like it did with the 7.1 surround sound. I have only had the headset since February/March. All I want is the activation code again for my headset. I really don't want to have to take my headset back, but if need be, I will. I would rather use the 7.1 surround sound. When I check on another pc that is in the house that also has a Razer headset and 7.1 surround sound it does not have the same thing. It still has the THX, but also has the 7.1 surround sound available that comes up upon start up without asking for the activation code. Any suggestions or help available for getting a code for the 7.1 surround sound for my Kitty Kraken Headset?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties with the setup of your Razer device. The THX Spatial Audio and the 7.1 Surround Sound app both aim to give you superior positional audio and a lifelike gaming experience; the THX Spatial Audio App is purchased as an upgrade while the latter is what comes with your headset. Furthermore, you no longer need to reactivate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature using the code again. It should automatically reactivate once you log in with the same Razer ID.
