HELP! I overscratched my THX Spatial activation code.

I wanted to activate my THX spatial audio that came with my kraken tournament headset, when i went to scratch the code on the physical card that came in the headset box, i accidentally overscracthed it making the code unreadable and now my headset is without its main feature. I also find it hard to try connecting razer support, i found it confusing and i could not even create a ticket my self, just some robot making a bad ticket for me. Please help.

to clarify it said 7.1 surround code, but i do not know if this is different. i tried to get a surround code with my device’s serial number but the razer site did not give me one they just said its invalid
