Help me to activate a new code for 7.1

hello guys, I have a problem with the activation of the 7.1 code, so I have a picture of the code, I have everything, only one or two letters are scratched on it, now I honestly can't figure out which letters or numbers they are, I've tried everything, but I can't activate it, when I go to Razer's website to activate a new code, I type in the serial number of the headset, it won't transfer me beyond that, please help

    What’s the error message? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation.

    Error messange is strach code and i cant activate him i give u again 3 image
