HELP MY KRAKEN TOURNAMENT EDITION DOESNT WORK

Hello, yesterday my Kraken Tournament Edition broke out of nowhere. I was playing Valorant and suddenly the left speaker went mute. Now I can hear the sound only in the right speaker and the only way i can hear the sound in the left one, is by moving the cable connected to the speaker. Pls tell me is something I can repair.

    Did you check if the audio in the left earcup is working when the headset is plugged into your computer using its 3.5mm cable (without the USB audio controller) or by connecting the device into another USB port or computer?
