Help, my razer cortex mobile app doesn't work.

Hi, I am using Razer Cortex mobile, and everything worked fine until 2 days ago I got the message: Oops! We have encountered problems connecting to the cortex games server. Please wait and try again. But it still doesnt work, it still says ''loading''. Does somebody know the solution to fix this?
