Help needed to resolve my BSOD with my blade stealth.

Information: Razer blade stealth 13 (2017) intel 7500 Had it for 3 years. 2 years ago sent it back to razer once for power issue, where power brick won't charge. Problem: for the past week or so, I keep getting BSOD, these bsod are usually around startup-like 5-10. I check my event log to see what the error is, I get the message of Event ID 41 Kernel-Power, Event ID 161 volmgr "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." and Event ID 10010 DCOM. These are usually the critical and error messages I get most in the event log before the BSOD happens. I've only done sfc and dism scans, I'm not really good with this stuff so I haven't really tried much, I'm planning to do a repair install and hoping it's a system problem than hardware because my warranty is gone. Hopefully, I can get some help here.
