my wireless mouse won’t turn off .. i turned off the switch to off it’s still glowing i turned it Bacc on .. it doesn’t move / work how can i reset it .. i scared i’m going to have to wait till it dies .. if u have a wireless mouse you know it could take day to dies even over a week especially if you’re not moving / using it please help!!! i’m pretty sure i have the mamba gaming wireless mouse ..

Try resetting the mouse through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the application. Should the behavior persists, please send me a PM including the device's serial number. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
