Help pls! Problem with headphones razer kraken usb

Hello I just acquired some razer kraken usb headphones, they work well but detect a problem when I turn off and turn on my computer again, the headphones turn on but at a certain point they turn off and no longer turn on so I have no sound and I have to disconnect it and reconnect them to work, you can see the video in the following link https://www.dropbox.com/s/lnqoype5nv0n9tb/vid20220407051229.mp4?dl=0
