Help PLZ with THX Spatial Audio

OK I have the THX Spatial Audio and there is nowhere that talks about how to use it, they just give settings and I have been looking for a list to tell me what does what the different Hz do in the EQ 31Hz 63Hz 125Hz 250Hz 500Hz 1kHz 2kHz 4kHz 8kHz 16kHz I would like to know what is what, and on that note can someone help me in how to use the calibration the HRTF still have now idea how that work because I'm just hitting walls here it make every other sound louder
