Help RAZER KRAKEN X LITE AUDIO 7.1 PRETO, RZ04-02950100-R381

I need help with my new headset, it's not showing up in the pc sounds option, surrond 7.1 so I can't activate. (note: in this image it was supposed to have a sound box like the one that is appearing there, but with the writing "surround 7.1). I already uninstalled the razer surround 7.1 program, uninstalled realtek, unplugged and plugged in the headset and nothing.
