Help Razer Panthera Fighstick…

Good friends, I have a problem with the Razer Panthera, I connect it to the PS4 and it disconnects after 8 minutes but when connecting it to the PC in PS3 mode and PS4 it does not disconnect, I already updated the firmware, clean the PCB, check that all the connections They are fine but I don't know what to do anymore, maybe one of you can help me.

    Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port and check if it yields the same behavior? Please send me the serial number of your Panthera via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and assist you further. Let's go from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
