HELP-Razer Tartarus V2 , can't show for edit profiles
DEAR ALL ,,
Kindly , i need support for my Razer Tartarus V2
it is functioning on the previous profiles that I have set and they work 100% fine with me.
the problem is that recently, after updating my windows, the device is working but I can't edit the the settings.
for example, I want to change 01 to esc, 02 to R ...
note that I have the same problem with my logitech mouse.
ps:
windows is up to date
razer synapse is up to date
I have the best gaming laptop, i.e, MSI
