I have a problem with my Naga Epic Chroma when it is lifted. sometimes I get unwanted movement and usually it pauses for a short while and does not respond to inputs.
I have found many resolutions to the problem online but they all refer to the calibration option on Synapse 2.
I have seen videos where the Mouse tabs on Synapse are Customize - Performance - Lighting - Calibration.
However, when I download Synapse 2, the tabs available to me are Customize - Performance - Lighting - POWER.
I cannot find any way to calibrate the LOD and it is ruining my gaming.
