I just bought a new Razer Kraken Mercury and registered it in my Razer ID, however when I installed Synapse, it won't detect my Razer Kraken Mercury.
Also I keep refreshing the rewards page, also logged in and logged off. But I still don't get any rewards even after finishing the achievement Getting Started and You're Surround-ed

2. escribe el comando "MSCONFIG"

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern to our support board. Just to confirm. are you referring to our Razer Kraken 7.1 V2? Please use Razer Synapse 2.0 and Razer Surround only so your headset can be detected. By the way, aside from checking for any disabled Razer services under "MSCONFIG" in "Service tab", you can also search for "SERVICES.MSC" and look for all Razer-related service, double-click each item and check whether the "Start-up type" has been disabled, ensure to set it as automatic. Also, ensure that the "Service Status" is set as "Start/Running" only, please refer to the screenshot below
Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
