[Help] The lights on my Huntsman v2 TKL won't shut off when my computer shuts off.
Even though I've clicked the box under the lighting tab to shut the lights off when the display is off.
When I talked to support on chat earlier they said I should return my keyboard and get a new one. However when I asked this question on Reddit someone else with the same keyboard is having the same issue. I also spotted someone else (not with a Huntsman) in this forum who is having a problem where their keyboard isn't shutting down.

Gotcha.
That is probably it, but that to me suggests there's a software issue. Because the setting in Synapse seems to suggest when the display is off the lights on the keyboard will go off. So it doesn't have anything to do with power and more to do with a glitch.
I'm thinking less and less that I have a faulty keyboard though.
I cannot help with software side of things of Synapse 3.0 or firmware.
You may try reinstall and/or update the Synapse 3.0 and peripheral firmware.
