HELP! Top row of keyboard not working

I have a BLACKWIDOW CHROMA V2, and I have had this problem for a while now where one day all of the function keys and esc key stopped working. Since then I have still not found a solution to this, so I would really appreciate if someone could help please.

    This is highly likely a PCB issue so there is a good chance that this one is done for and needs replacing. Do you mind sharing all the troubleshooting you've done so far?
