[Help] Unable to verify 2FA by email

I have bound the Razer ID on [email]mfunction@cugb.edu.cn[/email]. However, the organization changed the email domain to email.cugb.edu.cn without any redirections. It means that I can only receive the mail by [email]mfunction@email.cugb.edu.cn[/email]. The worst thing is that the email is the only way to confirm 2FA on my account page.



Could anyone help me to change the email domain or add a new way to 2FA? I can provide the the S/N and Product Number which have bound to the account if needed.
