Help with audio software

I have just received my Razer Kraken x, and with it came a link to download the 7.1 audio software. After downloading it, it would not open, I uninstalled it and tried again, but unfortunately the same problem occurred. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so please let me know if there is a fix.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your 7.1 Surround Sound concern. By the way, re you using our personal computer/laptop? Are you connected to your home network as well? Also, have you checked whether your computer's anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files?
