Help with Cobra Pro Mouse

So, synapse 4 will randomly say the battery life is low, but it isn’t. The pointer is laggy and sticks. I have reset the device, uninstalled and reinstalled synapse 4 three different times. Using 2.4 doesn’t work, won’t find it via bluetooth. Have uninstalled it in device manager.  The synapse APP states that it is 100%. Works perfectly great connected to usb cable. I have also reset it through the app. I’m lost. Can anyone assist me please? Everything works via USB cable.

Also made sure firmware is up to date. It says that it is.

bump, insane that it goes unnoticed for two weeks, godspeed to you. Encountered similar problems with my cobra pro, would be hands down best mouse if not for those. There should be a thread in my profile i created a month or so ago
