Help with purchasing and some issues.

Guys can any one help, when buying razer hammerhead duo it says shipping to US by its self and i can't change it even if i choose razer stores except US, i can't find any thing except Us, and I want to order these earphones in the Germany store. (Can you please see screen shots ) And sorry another question when buying any thing with razer silver, in the end will i put my code and it will be free ?
