Help with razer account

Currently I can access my account. Email and password work and can login. My issue here is that I cannot change my email or any other info because the email in use is a verizon.net email, and I need confirmation from email that I cannot use anymore. Any way to resolve or should I say "whatever" and not do anything more with my account.
