help with razer apps | Razer Insider

 I was hoping to get help with my razer 15 laptop and the razer apps.
The other day when I turned on my laptop the razer synapse and Cortez both failed to open and refused to open. They both run in the background though.
Below is the list of attempts I've made to get them working and I'm not sure what else to try as none of these Has worked.
1. I restarted laptop
2. I updated windows and tried opening.
3. I updated the razer apps.
4. I ended the apps and tried to open again both through the shortcut and as an administrator.
4. I updated the drivers through GeForce.
6. I Uninstaller the windows update and tried all the methods again.
7. I Uninstalled and reinstalled both the razer apps both with and without the windows update.
8. I tried deleting the ui cache and restarting.

9. I checked my firewall and as far as I can tell it's not that.

None of the above methods has made any change, the apps don't pop up in the task bar or anything, they just run in the background.
I tried downloading another razer app and that one opened just find for me to login so it seems my issues are specific to the razer synapse and Cortez apps.
