Help with razer gold pin

Hello I'm selling Razer pins locally in my area one of my customer climes that I'm scamming him after he redeemed the pins successfully he bought Pins from here https://gold.razer.com/gold/catalog/razer-gold-pin all the pins say falid to relod even he clime that he didn't use it at all we talk to support they said it's already used but he said that my Pins is the reson like the Razer is stolen or somthig like that is there any chance that my Pins is the reason even he successfully redeemed it is there any chance that the razer pull up the money from those Pins ? or any thing related to my pins ?
