Help with Razer Kraken kitty edition, get disconnected and my computer freezes

Razer needed help a few months ago that I bought some Kitty Kraken and I used them with my laptop and there was no problem, but I bought a computer from B450M AORUS ELITE board, Bios F62a and a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor (12 CPUs) I have a GeForce RTX 2060 video card And before the headphones were disconnected and reconnected again being really very annoying but I was seeing forums that said that with the AGESA patch I fixed the ports of the board and thus fixed that problem but since I updated the Bios everything has worsened, Now they disconnect and my whole computer freezes and I have to wait for them to reconnect by themselves for my computer to react and I really need help
