help with the Cynosa V2

I had recently got a cynosa v2 and I have had it for about 2 weeks now it acted weird at the beginning I thought it was ok so later it just stopped working and then checked my devices it said unknown device descriptor error I tried reboots and it only works 50% of the time when it boots up it goes purple and I can't do anything and just stayed there if I unplug it and plug it back in it goes dark I don't know what to do help please
