hi boght a razer blade advance 15 (i7 11800 + RTX 3070)
and i allready tried contacting you, no one even got back to me.
this 3000$ laptop keeps freezeing. i do not know what to do, none of the forum answers had helped me.

i have 6 laptops,i am an information security researcher, i know my way arount pcs, this is the only one with this behaviour.

i cant belive this cost me 3000$, and i got a freezer machine.

please help. please.

Check you background processes, maybe some application is using too much CPU / RAM.
Also what are the temperatures? Be sure, that you provide good airflow, and the vents are not clogged.

When buying a new laptop I always do a clean windows install, to be 100% sure, that everything is properly installed and configured (and ofc I have all the apps that I need, no bloatware etc.).
