This link has updated mouse software.I tried installing the firmware update. But it was not installed. And my mice receiver is not working. Please let's solve this problem. This update link: https://support.razer.com/articles/1661727471 Error Message: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1y_MJqqBiOwXawUDIzT56FnsPipPKD0wP The old firmware of the receiver has been deleted. However, new firmware could not be installed. As a result, the receiver has failed.Please Help Me.
