I spent almost $5,000 less than a year ago and purchased a razor laptop with the highest upgrades.
My laptop already has problems and I am having to ship this item back for repair.
Can you explain how a laptop that costs almost $5,000 has to go in for repair at less than one year of purchase?
Not only do I have to remove the razor skin that I purchased from Razor but I also have to now be worried about getting my laptop back with scratches or damages or further internal damage as it seems like the company only cares about profit.
Why is this the outcome of purchasing from your company? How do you price your laptop so high and then build it to cease functioning in less than one year?
