Ho un problema con il 7.1 surround razer

Quando collego le cuffie non mi compare l'impostazione di output delle cuffie (Altoparlanti 7.1 surround razer) perciò non mi permette di usare il programma per le cuffie (Razer kraken x) Sapreste aiutarmi???
