My hours were recorded fine for 7 days straight, and then today it completely stopped. I've restarted, logged out, and reinstalled the software and it is still not working. What do I do and is it possible to recover the 4 hours from today?

I checked out that you played Minecraft for 4 hours each day since the competition started. Recently, we removed Minecraft from the SUPPORTED GAMES list due to an update of this game. This update causes a gameplay time issue which I assume is the reason that your gameplay time was not accumulated.

We will fix this issue in the next version of Razer Cortex. Before that could you please play other games or another version of this game that are supported: Minecraft (UWP), Minecraft (CN), Minecraft Dungeons (UWP)?

We are sorry for the gameplay time issue you encountered. Please feel free to provide us with your Cortex logs when you encounter a gameplay time issue next time before reinstallation. I will PM you a guide to help you collect and upload your Cortex logs.

Hi, will you guys be able to give me my hours back? I want to note firstly that I was not told that Minecraft wasn't allowed so I had no way of knowing to play something else, and secondly that after I realized my hours weren't being recorded, I also tried to play Bloons TD 6, a game that is supported, and the software still didn't record my hours.

Nope they cant my bro. That was not only their fault. You must actually check it by the time you play the game, and for safety you actually must run the game via Cortex apps to ensure the game was supported to be recorded the game hours for the competition. I did always start the game via the cortex apps, for safetyand to ensure that hours will be confirmed recorded
