I’m clicking around for about 20 minutes now to find any way to contact Razer Support, but I can’t.
I tried to create a case but it doesn’t let me (tells me there is an error, but without any details).
I only hope that someone can see my message here and get back to me:
My problem is that I can’t access access the invoice of my recent order, the link from the confirmation email leads to nowhere, and the Orders section under my profile is empty (which is obviously not true)
Please, if you can help, reach out to me.
And do something with your support system, it is beyond terrible.
