How are you meant to contact Razer Support exactly?

I bought a Kiyo last year ( December). Everything I look at says it has 12  months warranty. I put in my serial and it’s saying it’s out of warranty and won’t let me contact support.

It doesn’t register when I plug it in anymore so I’d need to RMA it. Is there a way I can contact them?
