Unfortunately I recently lost access to my email address and cannot change it to another email because it requires a verification code sent to the old email.
I still have access to my Razer account and can provide details as needed.

I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and

- Full Name:
- Phone number:
